With so much traffic on the roads, have you ever thought of improving your driving skills?  Fergus Milne and Dave Smith, officials of the local Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), will explain the background behind this great organisation and the training and requirements to achieve IAM recognition. 

The Presidential Handover at the AGM gives an opportunity for the Club to reflect on the successes of the last year and set the scene for the year to come, preceded by a short travelogue from Probus member John Alexander about his journies in Denmark and Sweden

Celebrated geographer, traveller and photographer, Val Vannet returns to the Club once again to give an illustrated talk on Sao Miguel, an Azorean Treasure Island, which she visited recently as a field study tutor. Be prepared to be knocked out by Val’s breathtaking photography and narrative about this little known part of the world.

Stage group stalwart, Graeme Smith, has written, produced and starred in Dundee Pantos for over 50 years and is an authority on local theatre. Come and listen to his stories of the thrills and spills of the Whitehall Theatre over its amazing history.
